The naval cutter regatta is organised and took place at the ground of the Marinestützpunkt Kiel (German naval base). Access to the ground, ineed is controlled. Participants get a braclet which grants you the entry.
A good number of sanitary facilities are disployed.
You are allowed to camp on the ground of the navel base anf even, to bring you car in. On top, the armny people are friendly and helpful. They even let us use their barbecue.
