My last run

Since my return to Frankfurt, this was my second participation in an official course.
Frankfurt is know as a Sports City.
In 2023 I particpated in the Frankfurter Runden. A nice run along both sides of the river Main.I finished in 2nd place in my age category.

This year, in the run „Lauf für mehr Zeit“, hélas, I was only 3rd. My time for this tenner: 56:42. At least, clearly under one hour, which was my target at this evening. No excuse, but it was a bit too cold for me; or much rather, I should have put one layer more.
